The price of remote proctoring is included in the cost of the Fisdap products.

Our partnerships with Proctorio and Respondus provide a deeper level of integration between our two platforms. This will provide faculty and students access to essential benefits that would be unavailable through your organization’s site license:

  • Faculty will have access to Fisdap’s detailed reporting capabilities.
  • Students will have access to personalized and targeted remediation content based on their test results.
  • Fisdap will review all incidents flagged by the remote proctoring service test security algorithm, which protects the integrity of your program’s test results.

No. That coupon is intended for students who must pay Proctorio directly to use their services. It cannot be used in an institution sale, even if the fee is passed through to students (because those students are still paying the institution). Also, the coupon is only valid for one test.

There will be a $6.00 price increase for Fisdap Unit Exams, Comprehensive Exams, and Entrance Exams.

Fisdap exams with Enhanced Security are available for purchase on the PSG Learning website psglearning.com and within the Fisdap application.

Please note that the purchasing of additional exam attempts can only be done within the Fisdap application.

Yes, you can purchase new Fisdap packages that include the Enhanced Security exams. If your institution already has a customized assessment package with us, we are committed to ensuring it continues to meet your evolving needs. For any questions about your current package or to discuss adjustments and additional services, please reach out directly to your account manager.

We recommend that you use the legacy exams to finish the current class, and switch to the new exams with the following cohort.

No. One of the key features of both Proctorio and Respondus is to prevent the sharing of exam content, which includes disabling the ability to screen share during an exam. This security measure is in place to protect the integrity of the testing environment and to prevent academic dishonesty. As a result, it’s not possible to conduct a live demo through screen sharing, as it would contradict the software’s design to secure exam content. Instead of a live demo, we can offer comprehensive guides, walkthroughs, and personal consultations to help clients understand how the software works and the benefits it offers.
